Adult Indigo Bio - Lisa
When I read the list on the websight that gave characteristics of adult indigos I related to EVERY one. From childhood to today.
I am a 41 year old female who is very creative, did poorly in high school (when I had to follow their curriculum) but, had a 4.0 average when I went back to college five years ago. I developed severe depression in high school and have had about five bouts of clinical depression since then. Although through lots of spiritual work over the past year, I must say I feel better than I have ever felt since I was a very young child.
I am a single parent of a 19 year old daughter and a 16 year old son. They have been my inspiration for the past 20 years. I have worked in the food industry for many years( I could NEVER work from 9-5. Owned my own catering business and restaurant (the restaurant was more like 8-11, way too many hours stuck in the same place. I sold it after only 8 months). Today I still struggle with my employment options. I have recently ended a job and would like to finally find something that could satisfy me. I have spent the last year taking a class in Transformational Healing, a system of energy healing work. I love it and will be certified by the state of Connecticut in May. I would also like to get my massage therapy license. I would also like to work as a personal chef, and then there is the creative side of me that loves to make things and sell them. This has been my life story. So VERY many interests and not enough time or direction to focus it into one place.
